About This Place

Located at the vibrant heart of Montreal, Antep Kabab is a delightful Turkish restaurant that has quickly captured the hearts and appetites of locals and visitors alike. Nestled on Maisonneuve Blvd W, this welcoming eatery presents an array of mouthwatering options, highlighted by their freshly baked bread and expertly grilled meats.

Step inside and you’ll find an ambiance that strikes the perfect balance between casual comfort and culinary excitement. The staff here genuinely embrace the art of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. One of the standout features of Antep Kabab is the open kitchen setup, allowing diners to witness the magic of their food being prepared right before their eyes.

The menu offers an impressive selection of dishes, but the chicken sandwich seems to emerge as a fan favorite. Reviewers rave about how the bread—a light, fluffy pita sprinkled with sesame seeds—is baked fresh on-site, creating a superb foundation for the generous fillings. The chicken is marinated and grilled to perfection, bursting with flavor and served alongside a vibrant chopped salad. To elevate the experience, a unique yogurt spread and a spicy red sauce add depth and zest, making each bite a flavor-packed adventure.

While the chicken sandwich garners most of the praise, the filet mignon sandwich also makes an appearance, although opinions here are mixed concerning its portion size compared to its chicken counterpart. Regardless, the freshness of the ingredients and the straightforward, fair pricing are consistently highlighted, making Antep Kabab an excellent choice for a casual meal without breaking the bank.

As the reviews indicate, the restaurant is a hit among those seeking genuine Turkish cuisine, with many patrons expressing a desire to return for more. Whether you are a seasoned lover of kebabs or this is your first foray into Turkish dining, Antep Kabab promises an experience that combines tradition with a modern twist. So, if you find yourself near Métro Guy-Concordia, be sure to make the short walk to savor what could be the best kebabs in downtown Montreal.

In conclusion, my heart—and palate—are already longing for another bite from Antep Kabab. With its vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and inviting atmosphere, this gem of a restaurant is not to be missed!

Had Turkish food for the very 1st time Was a little hesitant as I prefer veg options more I tried the chicken sandwich that was made live in front of us starting from baking of bread that was actually round like a fluffy pita bun with sesame seeds sprinkled on top It was cut open with generous spread of yogurt spead very unique for me followed with heart full of flavoured cooked chicken pieces and chopped salad. Then a red spicy sauce was poured to enhance the flavour ( I took extra hit sauce for me). Ambiance was casual yet very nice & welcoming with seating on the outside too. (street side) I would love to try once more

Very fresh and yummy meat, homemade bread, you can see their operations in front of you. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Very simple restaurant with fair prices, you can easily feel full. The plate serves both rice and bread.

The food was excellent — tasty, healthy, and made with care. They bake their bread fresh. The prices are very reasonable. The staff were very friendly Highly recommended!

Antep Kebab offers the best sandwich I’ve ever had! I tried 2 sandwiches, the filet mignon and the chicken. The filet mignon was only okay, there wasn’t too much meat or toppings in it. My favourite was the chicken sandwich. It was so stuffed, and the chicken was very tender and flavourful. This would be my recommendation. We loved the chicken sandwich so much, we went back 3 times! My favourite part is their house-made bread. The bread is soft and light, not too doughy. Can’t wait to go back!

Guys, run, don't walk, to the best kebab you will find downtown! From the first bite, I was hit with a medley of flavours: from the flame-grilled chicken to the fresh-baked bread to the crispy vegetables. I was in pure bliss. Highly recommended. It's a short walk from Métro Guy-Concordia station. It's definitely worth a visit.

Delish chicken sandwich at 12.50 inc cash. Cash and debit only. Very bright inside.

This restaurant is truly one of the best spots for kababs! It was my first visit, and the crowd showed just how popular it is! We ordered the big platter, and everything matched our expectations. Kababs were tasty, paired with deliciously seasoned rice, fresh breads & sauces. The overall experience was excellent.

Hands down the best kabob place in Montreal! I’m from Toronto, Ontario, and every time we come to Montreal, Antep Kabob is our go-to stop for lunch or dinner. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic — just like back home in Turkey. Their freshly baked buns are amazing, and the kabobs are perfectly grilled and juicy every single time. I wish they opened a location in Toronto — it would be absolutely amazing! If you’re in Montreal and craving real, delicious Middle Eastern food, this is the spot. Totally worth the stop!
